Most calls start the same way: the Wi-Fi is slow in the meeting room, the printer keeps disappearing, or the whole office drops out for a minute at a time. In almost every case the cause is one of a few things: a single consumer router serving thirty people, access points placed where the cable was easy rather than where the people are, a firewall still on its factory settings, or cabling that was never labelled and has been patched over by three different contractors.
We fix the cause. That starts with a site survey and a drawing of what you actually have, then a short list of what to change, in order of impact. Often the first fix is cheap: moving an access point, replacing one failing switch, or separating the camera traffic from the office network.
- Right-sized equipment. Business-grade Ubiquiti UniFi for most offices and showrooms; Fortinet where compliance or a larger site needs it. We do not sell you an enterprise core switch for a ten-person office.
- Security as part of the job. Guest Wi-Fi isolated from staff, cameras on their own network, management interfaces not reachable from the internet, and firewall rules reviewed rather than assumed.
- Documented handover. A network diagram, labelled ports, an equipment list and the admin passwords in your hands. If you change provider tomorrow, nothing is lost.

Installation is scheduled around your working hours. Every room is tested, every port is labelled, and you receive the diagram and the passwords.
