Your domain connected, users and shared mailboxes created, licences assigned, and the default settings changed to the ones a business actually needs.

Migration from Gmail or an old server

Mailboxes, calendars, contacts and files moved from Google Workspace, an on-premises Exchange server, GoDaddy email or hosting webmail, with a cut-over planned so nobody loses a message.

Email that cannot be faked

SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured correctly so nobody can send as your company, and so your own mail lands in the inbox rather than junk.

Security hardening

Why a proper Microsoft 365 setup matters

Microsoft 365 is easy to buy and easy to set up badly. Most tenants we take over in Dubai were created in an afternoon with the defaults left in place: unprotected sign-ins, every user an administrator, shared files open to anyone with a link, and a domain that anyone on the internet can send email from. It works until the first phishing email, the first leaked invoice, or the first mailbox that cannot be recovered.

We set tenants up the way large organisations do, scaled to a small business. Security is configured before the first user signs in, not after an incident. Migrations are planned so the cut-over happens outside working hours and old mail keeps arriving during the switch. Licences are chosen per person: the receptionist does not need the same plan as the finance manager.

  • Email you can trust. Authenticated sending so your invoices and quotes are not impersonated, and so they are not junked by your clients' systems.
  • Access that ends on time. Joiners get everything on day one; leavers lose access the day they leave, with their mailbox kept and handed to a manager.
  • Backups. Microsoft keeps your data available; it does not keep a backup you control. We add one and test the restore.
  • Ready for Copilot. Clean permissions and tidy SharePoint are what make Microsoft 365 Copilot safe to switch on later.

Review and plan

We look at what you have today: domain, current email, users, files and devices. You get a plan with licences, the migration order and the cut-over date.

Set up and migrate

The tenant is built and hardened, mailboxes and files are copied in the background, and the switch is made at an agreed time, usually an evening or weekend.

Handover and support

Each person signs in on their devices with our help, you receive the admin credentials and documentation, and we stay available for the questions that follow.

Microsoft tenant setup: common questions

Can you migrate us from Gmail or Google Workspace?
Yes. Mail, calendars, contacts and Drive files are migrated to Microsoft 365 with the domain switched at an agreed time, so mail keeps flowing during the move.
Will we lose email during the migration?
No. Old mail is copied before the switch, and the domain is pointed to Microsoft 365 at a quiet time. Anything that arrives during the change is delivered to the new mailbox.
Which Microsoft 365 plan should we buy?
It depends on what each person does. Business Basic for web and mobile use, Business Standard for the desktop Office apps, Business Premium where you want device management and advanced security. We mix plans per user rather than buying the most expensive one for everyone.
Do you buy the licences or do we?
Either. You can buy them directly from Microsoft, or we can provide and manage them. In both cases the tenant and the data belong to you.
Can you fix our existing Microsoft 365 rather than start again?
Yes. Most of our Microsoft 365 work is reviewing and hardening tenants that already exist: Conditional Access, admin roles, sharing settings, email authentication, Defender and backups, taken to a Secure Score of 95% or more.
Do you support businesses outside Dubai?
Yes. Microsoft 365 work is done remotely, so we support businesses across the UAE. Device setup on site is available in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman.
Is our data kept in the UAE?
Microsoft 365 for UAE tenants is hosted in Microsoft's UAE data centres for the core services, with some features served from the wider region. We confirm the data location for your tenant during setup if it matters for your sector.
