The controls that stop the attacks small businesses actually get, in the order that matters. Part of every Microsoft 365, network and CCTV job we do, and available on their own for systems someone else set up.

Identity protection

Conditional Access policies that decide who may sign in, from which devices and where; phishing-resistant sign-in rolled out with your staff so nobody is locked out; admin accounts separated, reviewed and reduced to the few that are needed.

Email that cannot be faked

SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured correctly on your domain so nobody can send invoices as you, and anti-phishing and safe-link policies so fake invoices do not reach your staff.

Devices protected and managed

Microsoft Defender on every laptop and server, enrolled, encrypted and kept compliant, with alerts that reach us. Not the free antivirus that came with the machine.

Firewall and remote access

We check your Microsoft 365 tenant and its Secure Score, your domain, devices, firewall, backups and user accounts against the baseline, and give you a short list of findings in plain language, ranked by risk.

The controls are configured in an agreed order, usually identity protection and email authentication first, with staff told what changes for them and when.

Cybersecurity for UAE businesses: common questions

We are a small company. Are we really a target?
Yes, because small companies are easy, not because they are valuable. Automated attacks try every exposed login and every mailbox; invoice fraud specifically targets small accounts teams. The fixes are inexpensive compared with one changed bank account on one invoice.
What is the single most important thing to do?
Protect the sign-in. Conditional Access and strong, phishing-resistant authentication on every account, starting with email, stop the large majority of account takeovers on their own. Email authentication on your domain is a close second.
Will security changes disrupt our staff?
Briefly. Stronger sign-in means one extra tap on a phone the first time a new device is used; the rest is invisible to users. We schedule changes, tell staff what to expect, and are available while it beds in.
What is a Microsoft Secure Score, and why 95%?
Secure Score is Microsoft's own measure of how well a Microsoft 365 tenant is configured against its security recommendations. Most small-business tenants we see sit well below half. We take them to 95% or more, and show you the score in your own admin centre so the result is not our word for it.
Do you do penetration testing or compliance audits?
No. We do practical hardening for small businesses. If a client or regulator requires a formal penetration test or certification, we prepare you for it and work alongside the auditor, which saves you money on the audit itself.
Can you secure Microsoft 365 that another company set up?
Yes. That is the most common job. Admin roles, Conditional Access, sharing settings, anti-phishing policies, email authentication, Defender and backups are reviewed and corrected without rebuilding anything, and the tenant is taken to a Secure Score of 95% or more.
What about our CCTV cameras and Wi-Fi?
They are part of the review. Cameras are moved to their own network with changed passwords and no direct internet exposure; guest Wi-Fi is separated from staff; firewall management is closed to the outside.
Do you support businesses outside Dubai?
Yes. Security work is largely remote, so we cover the whole UAE. On-site work for firewalls, servers and devices is available in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman.
