Zone of Solutions

AI transformation for UAE businesses, set up safely.

Copilot, ChatGPT and automation can save a small team hours every week, or expose every file in the company to everyone in it. Zone of Solutions helps businesses in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and across the UAE adopt AI in a way that is useful on day one and safe from day one: data permissions fixed first, tools chosen for the job, staff shown how to use them.

What our AI service covers

From the first honest assessment to staff using it every day.

AI readiness review

A short review of your Microsoft 365 setup, data permissions and the tasks that eat your team's time, with three to five quick wins and a clear view of what AI can and cannot do for you.

Permissions fixed before AI is switched on

Copilot can see everything a user can see. We find and fix oversharing in SharePoint and OneDrive, apply sensitivity labels and restrict HR, finance and client folders first.

Microsoft 365 Copilot rollout

Licences, settings, a pilot group, hands-on training on real tasks (meeting notes, drafting, summarising, searching) and a usage review after thirty days.

Automation of routine work

Practical workflows with Power Automate and Copilot Studio: email triage, invoice capture, appointment reminders, report summaries, data moved between systems without copy-paste.

The right tool for the job

Not everything needs Copilot. Where ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini fit better, we set them up for business use with the data controls that keep client information out of public models.

Policy and training

An AI acceptable-use policy for staff, a short training session per team, and a named person who knows what is allowed. The part most rollouts skip.

Managed AI services

Once the tools are live, we keep them that way: monitoring and maintenance of the AI tools and automations, integration with your existing IT systems, and ongoing tuning so they stay reliable, usable and worth their licence.

What AI actually does for a small business, and where it goes wrong

The useful cases are ordinary: meeting notes written for you, a first draft of a proposal, a month of emails summarised, a report that answers a question about your own numbers, a spreadsheet explained. For a clinic it is patient FAQs and appointment reminders; for a trading company, quote drafting and order emails; for a nursery, parent communication and fee reminders; for a professional services firm, document search and proposal drafting. None of it is magic, and all of it adds up to hours a week per person.

Where it goes wrong is almost always data. A tenant set up in an afternoon, with every folder shared with everyone, becomes a tenant where Copilot will happily show the receptionist the salary spreadsheet. Staff paste client contracts into free chatbots. Nobody has said what is allowed. We fix that part first, because it is the part that cannot be undone.

  • Security company first. Our day job is securing Microsoft 365 for small businesses; AI adoption is the same work with a new reason to do it.
  • Honest about licences. Microsoft 365 Copilot is an add-on per user on top of a business plan, paid to Microsoft. We help you decide who actually needs it rather than licensing everyone.
  • Measured. A pilot group, a thirty-day usage review, and a decision based on what people used, not on the launch demo.
  • UAE data protection in mind. Where data lives, what leaves the tenant and what the policy says, written down for clinics and firms that will be asked.

Delivered remotely across the UAE, with on-site training sessions in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman when a team prefers them.

How it works

A readiness review first; most businesses have a pilot group working within three weeks.

1

Readiness review

We look at your Microsoft 365 tenant, your data permissions and the work that takes your team the most time, then recommend where AI will pay back fastest and what must be fixed first.

2

Secure and pilot

Permissions and labels are corrected, licences assigned to a pilot group, and each person trained on two or three of their own real tasks. One automation is built end to end.

3

Review and roll out

After thirty days we look at what was used and what was not, extend licences to the people who benefit, retire what did not, and leave you with the policy, the documentation and a plan for the next quarter.

AI for UAE businesses: common questions

Do we need Microsoft 365 to use Copilot?
Yes. Microsoft 365 Copilot is an add-on to a Microsoft 365 business plan and works inside Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and your company data. If you are not on Microsoft 365, we can set that up or recommend an alternative AI tool for your situation.
How much does Microsoft 365 Copilot cost?
It is a per-user monthly add-on paid to Microsoft, on top of your existing plan, and the price has changed several times for small businesses. We confirm the current price for your plan and help you license only the people who will use it.
Is our data used to train the AI?
Not with Microsoft 365 Copilot or the business versions of ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, which commit to not training on customer data. The free consumer versions are different, which is why staff need a policy and a business tool.
Is it safe to use AI with patient or client data?
Only once permissions are right. Copilot shows a user whatever that user can already open, so oversharing is the real risk. We fix sharing and apply sensitivity labels before switching anything on, and document the data location for your sector.
What can be automated in a small business?
The repetitive, rules-based work: sorting and answering routine emails, capturing invoices into your accounting system, sending appointment and payment reminders, summarising reports, moving data between two systems that do not talk to each other.
How long does a rollout take?
A readiness review within a week, permissions fixed and a pilot group live within about three weeks, and a decision on wider rollout after the thirty-day review.
Do you support businesses outside Dubai?
Yes. The work is remote, so we cover the whole UAE, with on-site training in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman when preferred.
